Your information, your choices. Contact us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
What you can request
- Access. Ask what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
- Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to applicable retention requirements.
- Export. Ask for an available copy of your personal data in a commonly used format.
Your rights depend on applicable law. You may also be entitled to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Send a request
Email us with the type of request and a short description of the data concerned. Include a contact address associated with your use of Fluxway, if applicable, so we can reply and locate relevant records.

If no email app opens, copy the email address into your preferred email service and use “Fluxway privacy request” as the subject.
Please do not include passwords, VPN credentials, browsing histories, or identity documents in your initial email.
What happens next
- Review and verification. We review your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity or clarify its scope.
- Response. We aim to respond within 30 working days of receiving your request, or sooner where applicable law requires. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected response date.
- Resolution. We will confirm the action taken or explain any lawful limitation, including data that must be retained and the relevant retention period.
We can only supply information that we hold and can reasonably associate with you. Local connection details are not automatically available to the developer. We cannot reconstruct data that has already been deleted.
We use request correspondence to verify, process, and respond to your request. We delete copies under our control within 90 days after completion unless applicable law requires longer retention, as described in our data retention information.
